Question 1

Which plan should I start with?

Accepted Answer

Start with Ask Rigel Essential at $29 a month and ten questions; it interprets the placements and context you share. Choose Executive at $97 for a natal chart prepared by Rigel’s founder, so answers can be grounded in your personal chart.

Question 2

How am I billed?

Accepted Answer

Monthly through Stripe, on the date you first subscribe, and on that date each month until you cancel. Example: join on October 20 and you are charged that day and every 20th after.

Question 3

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your member portal under Manage Membership & Billing. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.

Question 4

Do unused questions carry over?

Accepted Answer

No. Questions reset in full on the first of each month (midnight US Eastern), whatever your billing date. If you join on October 20, your full allowance is available at once, resets on November 1, and your next charge is November 20. Courtesy messages, such as a thank-you, never count.

Question 5

What if I need more questions?

Accepted Answer

Add a pack of 25 questions for $19 from your portal, or upgrade your membership. You are never charged without completing a checkout yourself.
